Electrical Actuated Flanged Ball Valve 2-Way DN65 PN16 Steel 24-240 V AC/DC

This electrically actuated 2-way DN 65 flanged ball valve with a full bore provides reliable on/off flow control. The valve is suitable for water, oil, air and fuel up to a maximum pressure of 16 bar (232 psi) and vacuum (max. -0.9 bar or -13 psi). The valve operates within a temperature range from -20 to 180 °C (-4 to 356 °F). The actuator can withstand ambient temperatures between -10 and 50 °C (14 and 122 °F), so especially for higher media temperatures make sure that the environment is well ventilated. The valve turns from fully closed to open in 34 seconds. The actuator requires a supply voltage of 24-240 V AC/DC. The actuator features 3-point control. Check the manual for the wiring and installation instructions. The motor can be operated for 30 minutes continuously after which it needs a short resting period to cool down. When the valve reaches an end position, the electric motor is turned off and almost no energy is consumed. The actuator is equipped with two additional limit switches for position-feedback. The limit switches are positioned at 0 and 90 degrees. If required, the angular position of the switches can be adjusted by the user. A mechanical position indicator on the top of the actuator shows the valve position. The actuator can be mounted on the valve via the ISO 5211 flange. Before connecting the actuator, please read the manual carefully. The actuator has a robust aluminum housing with IP67 rating, provided that an appropriate cable is connected.
