G1″ Stainless steel check valve with parallel thread (BSPP) and FKM seal. The minimum differential pressure across the non-return valve must be higher than 0.03 bar. The valve has a light spring to close the valve. The maximum operating pressure is 16 bar and the valve is suitable for temperatures between -20 and 150°C.
This valve can be used with cold water, oils, fuels, neutral gaseous and liquid non-aggressive media and compressed air.
Pros:
- For a wide range of applications thanks to the qualitative corrosion-resistant design
- FKM is suitable for oils, fuels, air, water and many chemicals
Cons:
- FKM is not suitable for boiling water or steam. EPDM or PTFE are suitable alternatives in this case
- 304 is less resistant than 316 stainless steel
CLIS3E series
The CLIS3E check valves are made of stainless steel 316 and have FKM sealing. They’re available from G 1/4 up to 2 inch. With a PN 16 pressure rating and maximum temperatures of 150° C (302° F), the valves are suitable for harsh media such as steam.
