The “Motorized Crown Insulation Former” permits forming insulation at the rate of 100 feet per min. it is designed for plain or cuffed insulation, also forms slot insulation up to 8″ wide any length. It does the job faster, easier, and forms neater fitting and more uniform slot lining that can be formed by hand. Do not operate without insulating media between creasing roller and polyurethane roller. When the unit is not in operation, the adjustment thumb screws should be adjusted so as not to exert any pressure on the polyurethane rollers.

Primary power: 110VAC, 50/60Hz, 1 Phase.

Warning: Do not operate motor without insulation paper in rollers or damage to the  polyurethane roller will result.
