Insulation resistance, voltage, current, resistances, capacitance, frequency, and temperature can be measured with the rugged and compact UT533. 6000 counts on the display of the multimeter allows it to display large resistances. Aside from this, the UT533 has features such as true RMS and max-min mode. In addition, the UT533 can measure insulation resistance up to 2 GΩ for 50 V, 100 V, 250 V, 500 V and 1000 V. A true-RMS calculation is used for AC voltages. 99 data points can be stored in the multimeter.
The UT533 comes with a test lead, English user manual, alligator clip, batteries, carrying bag, and a point contact temperature probe.
Pros:
- True-RMS can measure sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal AC waveforms.
- Can measure isolation resistance
